Was not too happy with the customer service we received during our scheduled appointment. After more than half of our visit we finally received help but overall we did most of the work and looking for dresses ourselves. Would have been nice to receive more support and advice during our visit

Very pleased that I was able to get a mother of the brides dress my first time out shopping! I just wish I remembered that I had my $25 off card with me from the bridal show. I do see some was taken off my dress though.
