I was nervous going on a weekend thinking it would be very crowded but we had a lot of our own space/fitting rooms which made that day even more enjoyable.

No one basically offered us any help. We were just standing in the back for 5 minutes as we were told, and we had to go all the way back to the front in order to ask for service. I felt as if I was "bothering" them by asking them to assist us, as I was interrupting their conversations.

There was lack of help. We were looking for flower girl dresses and when we checked in they said there would be a stylist back to help us. No one came to help. I had to go up front and ask if my girls could start trying on dresses and if anyone was going to help us. Someone started to help us, but gave us no style advice, no fitting advice, no advice at all. very frustrating experience. Waste of time. I called prior and asked for dress lead time (was told that was ok) then explained what I was looking for and basically ended up having to search everything on my own because the assistant could not assist without a picture. She was pleasant but not able to direct the visit or offer to show me anything based on what I requested until I took pictures out of my phone from davids bridal and she said oh yes we have that.
