I have been very hesitant on writing a review but after numerous attempts of them trying to correct the issue and still having an issue is baffling. I had scheduled an appointment and filled out the stylist portion for them to be able to pull dresses accordingly. I even called 3 hours ahead and assured them that the look I am looking for was the sheath look. Absolutely terrible. I bought and payed for my dress a week ago, they were suppose to clean it (it was the last one so It had a little staining on it) and call me in a couple of days to come pick it up. After 7 days (mind you that the return policy for dresses is only 7 days) I called and ask could I come pick it up. THEY HAD NO IDEA WHERE MY PAID FOR DRESS WAS. I was not impressed at all. Not because the girl helping us had NO CLUE what she was doing, and helped in NO WAY (Kylie was AWESOME, we found her on our way out) The building is small, not a good space to be able to move around, then you get to your room (normal size dressing room) can not move around much, yes there were mirrors but not positioned far enough back to really get a sense of the whole dress without people being in the background. this is my situation. when I went this lady helped me out looked like she hated her job I see all these other workers smiling getting other gowns for the girls and telling them how good they looked. I had to find a dress and it wasn't even in my size and when I asked her if it was in my size she just rolled her eyes and brought back a very ugly dress. It wasn't anything like I had told her or what I had tried on. I was very upset! I left. she just didn't put any effort into it.
Customer service is horrible!
UGH. My frustration was through the roof today. Most of my bridal party was able to get together today and we rode up to David’s bridal to look for MOH and bridesmaids dresses. Such a horrifying experience. It was packed and I was understanding to a point. Our appointment was at 1:30. They told us to browse and someone would come find us. Today I went in ( It was Saturday & PACKED ) Emily was the absolute best. I went in not really knowing which direction to go but she found the perfect dress for me. It was also the 2nd one I even tried on. She’s amazing at her job! My experience at David’s Bridal was exceptional because of her!

Gave them a second chance and it was nothing but chaos from every direction. If you’re going to believe one bad review let it be this one. I will not recommend anyone ever waste their time going there and I plan to let everyone know how terrible my experience was.
