Did not have a good experience here. Went to try on dresses lady told me if I did not like there dresses then to go to another bridal shop. Went to the Tulsa David's bridal and found the dress and they were amazing.

I had a great experience there they treated me like a princess. First dress I tried on was the one I chose. Alterations were made and dress fits good.

We had an appointment and then told us we had to use 1 changing room for all 7 of us 15 minutes into our appointment. Told the bride (previous to coming to the store) that we could use the military discount on all bridesmaid dresses since 2 of the bridesmaids had military ideas then upon checking out told us we couldn't do that. We had more than half of our group drive over 100 miles (one way) to come to this store and it was not worth it. I will not return. (Nor will the rest of our group I'm sure). We were buying 7 bridesmaids dress and it seemed as if because the bride had not bought her dress there, they definitely tried to rush us out of the store. The attendant literally said, "a party with an actual appointment is here, so I need these dressing rooms." We had an appointment... made zero sense. They also push a larger size and say "oh we can alter it for you if it's too big." Of course they want you to need alterations; they charge $100 flat rate just to start! With the possibility of more. this store is a joke. My bridesmaid bought and ordered her dress to be shipped to the store. They never called her to tell her it was in because they NEVER ordered it. This is a wedding not a birthday party get your shit together David bridal.

They were 30 minutes late on our appointment, the sales person/consultant was very commission driven after repeating our budget every time she brought a dress, she kept bringing dresses that were several hundred dollars over budget, she acted tired, frustrated and like if we weren't willing to break the bank to buy a thousand plus dollar dress we were wasting her time...she never did show us a dress in our price range and we did not buy a dress there and won't be going back.
