My bff is getting married she told the stylest that her budget over all could NOT spend more than $400 and she pulled a dress that was over $500 and the total was over $700. The Stylest told her that her alterations on the dress would be $180 but when we went they told her her total was $582!!!! She was in tears. This afternoon was to be my daughter's bridesmaids day to shop for dresses. When we entered, it took them 10 minutes before acknowledging our presence. Then they couldn't find my daughter's "event" even though she had a confirmation of her appointment. After 10 more minutes they finally assigned us a "stylist" (rolling my eyes). She did not have any dresses ready, as my daughter was told would be the case. She couldn't even find them!!!! My brand new dress came in I had waited 2 months for it. When I drove 2 hrs to try it on and possibly get to bring home I had noticed it had makeup on inside of dress like someone else had tried on my dress ! I was furious ! All they told me is they will order a new one (like they should have done in the first place! ) and mail it to me on june 30th . 2 months later ! so I didn't have to drive back up there ... anyways I did get a 10% discount on my dress when I go back and get it in June. Went into the store knowing exactly what shoe I wanted off the website. We went to the shoe section (which was completely disorganized) and found the perfect shoe. Come to find out, they only had 1 shoe itself in my size and the other one was no where to be found. I walked in the store thinking they knew what they were doing, but I was completely wrong! Ended up having to buy 2 pairs of shoes in the same design. Never going there again. Sales tip: check the shoe box to make sure it is the right shoe and size in there.

� wasn't the great experience it should have been.. Assistant was great at helping but as the time became nearer to closing it was clearly time to go.. I felt as if I should have gone out of town to have the memorable experience I hoped for. Didn't have any experience to hurry and tell 14 bridesmaids give your money here..

Ordered 6 Bridesmaids dresses right after Thanksgiving. All the girls were there to be measured to ensure they received the right size, etc. dresses come in in February and NONE fit! I paid almost $200 a dress in advance for them to come in wrong! Then they wanted to charge an additional $100 per dress to fix their screw up...claim they only measure "to get a kinda about size"!! RIDICUOLUS!! Now I'm stuck with finding someone to alter the dresses at a reasonable cost!

My daughter and I came to OKC specifically to shop at Serendipity for her prom dress. After leaving there in tears due to hateful salesgirls, we ended up finding the perfect dress in your store! We were immediately welcomed at the door, and Hunter was super sweet and helpful! Thank you for saving the day!

I am not a bride to be BUT I want to tell you what a pleasant lunch I had with two of the employees there at David's bridal. They had nothing to gain by being so sweet and pleasant during our lunch, Patricia and Seth were talking about helping brides on their wonderful day and I could see the fulfillment and the willingness to go above and beyond to assure the day was just perfect! I hope that all of your employees are so much fun!
