My niece went in to look for a wedding dress today. Her consultant was Jessie. She was rude and negative the entire appointment. She did not listen to what my niece wanted but instead told her why she couldn't have certain things. If anyone in our group had a question or didn't like the dress, she was hateful and defensive toward us. Not very kind. Our appointment started late, the woman helping us, Jessie, was rushing us and did not listen to the brides likes and dislikes. She acted as though we were a waste of time and was not kind to the brides group. Everything that the bride or family mentioned that they didn’t like or had a question about she was very defensive about the dress and seemed to be pressuring the bride to buy. Not somewhere I would recommend.

We got my daughters prom dress from here. We were excited it fit within our budget. They set us up with alterations appointment and we were on our way. Show up for alterations and the lady begins working on it. She said this will be $30-35 and this will be $25. She get to the bottom and that’s going to be $105!!! What?!? I said I thought all this was included she said no, sorry no one told you do we need to stop and let you think about it 😡 . I went here for both a bridal appointment and a bridesmaid appointment and for both it was extremely crowded, busy, and unwelcoming. Even though I made an appointment ahead of time, for both appointments my party was skipped and forgotten about. Although my wedding dress was beautiful and the alterations department was great, I am very concerned about the fact that David's Bridal sold my personal information, including my email address, phone number and address to third parties. I got my dress more than a year ago and I still receiving emails from MLM consultants such as Mary Kay and also different magazines in the mail that I didn't subscribe to. that is disrespectful to the customer to sell their private information.

I have had a few good experiences here and also two very bad experiences. The only reason I am recommending them is because of the good service I got from Keely. Keely helped me with alterations on my dress and gave exceptional customer service. She was very polite and talked with me through the whole appointment about my wedding plans. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy. I would reccomend her to anyone who goes in the OKC David's Bridal. You will not be disappointed with her. I originally had a great experience trying on and finding the dress for my special day. That quickly went downhill. I ordered my dress in July, 8 months before our wedding. Thank goodness I did because everything after was a mess. I didn’t get to take my dress home until the NIGHT BEFORE MY WEDDING. Changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I ordered a dress a few months ago and the stylist swore up and down that I needed it in a size that was two sizes too small. I tried to return it, but they wouldn't take it back because I left the store with it.
