One month out from my event, and I still don’t have my gown that the store ruined. Both the store manager and alteration manager at Store #52 did not effectively communicate, and it is showing. Corporate could care less. I have called corporate and left a message and never received a phone call back. This experience had been horrible.

I wasn't impressed. Went with my Granddaughter to pick up her dress that she previously selected and purchased. Greeted and asked what she needed. She told the lady she was there to try on her dress she purchased. She needed to try it on since she ordered a different size, and wanted to make sure if she needed alterations she could make arrangements for them. I was very displeased with the overall experience. My consultant was double booked apparently, and if it weren't for my own sister helping me in the fitting room, I would have been standing in the tiny fitting room for ever. I was never asked if I had a budget to stick to, wasn't told prices or that the future fitting and alterations were extra tell after i made the purchase. It was not what I had expected for my first time wedding dress looking experience, just very disappointing.

So iv been in a few times in the last few weeks. The one time I came in with my maid of honor to try on wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses the girl Kurstin was extremely helpful and really listened to what I was wanting. I give her a 5 Star. I am absolutely appalled with my experience at the OKC David's Bridal. When my friend and I first booked an appointment with this store to get our bridesmaid dresses, we didn't have very good service. The consultant did not help pick out dresses at all and essentially only provided us with a fitting room. In my opinion, it was a waste of a scheduled appointment. I went to David's bridal last night and was horribly disappointed with my first dress shopping experience. My consultant put me in a dress 3 sizes much too big (the only comment my bridesmaids and family said was that the dress looked like it was wearing me) and didn't try and find a smaller size even though I loved the dress. Now I've been in customer service for over 15 years and I know what its like to be on the other end. Because of this I don't try to make a big deal about things and I try to keep to myself (even when my face gives it away).
