I swear on my life I have had the worst experiences (yes, more than one) with this store. I'm afraid to even sent this complaint because I still need to get my dress pressed and I am afraid of what will happen next. This place sucks, I'm so glad I didn't get my wedding dress there but unfortunately I did take my bridesmaids there and I feel so bad for them. From start to finish the experience has been stressful. Does not know how to handle a large party! Unprofessional staff. This is by far the worst customer service from David's Bridal! Glad I purchased my actual dress from a different location! The rest of my bridesmaids will be going elsewhere!

I am very disappointed with my experience so far. I had an appointment in december with my bridesmaids to find their dresses and decide on colors. Our stylist was assisting A bride with her dress and attempting to work with us at the same time which left us feeling neglected and looking all over the store for her when we had a question. The initial visit was a walk-in and done as a bride to be and it was amazing... I've never gotten such attentive service and without an appointment... Sadly my three ladies scheduled appointments and did not get such great service... My Maid of Honor was completely ignored by the consultant, I had to go find dresses and another consultant just to get a long line bra to use... Probably one of the worst experiences ever. Appointment started almost thirty minutes late, but still ended at the original time. So we only had about an hour. Our consultant wasn't very helpful and kept disappearing. She maybe pulled two or three dresses for me to try. My family had to go and find more dresses while she was missing. Not to mention the dresses in the store are filthy...

Horrible customer service. The Richmond location on West Broad Street ordered the wrong dresses, took payment, and now the corporate office refuses to provide a refund for their mistake. This decision was made by the "Executive Management" team who refused to discuss this decision with the customers. Do not trust this company when planning for such an important, special day.

I did not like my experience here. I felt like I was not important and half the time I could not find my consultant. There was nothing in my size and if it was too big I could never get any of the clips to pull the dress in. I did not feel like my time spent there was valued. I will never come in there again.
