The Walmart of bridal gowns. I have no idea why anyone would chose to shop here. They discontinued the bridesmaid dress color months before the wedding after only half of bridesmaids had ordered did not tell bride And offered no solution.
Adore the dress I ordered, but was not impressed with my consultant disappearing and seeming uninterested in the cuts/styles I wanted. There were also men and children back in the area of the dressing rooms and it made for an unpleasant experience. I have also received emails and letters from THREE different Mary Kay of consultants. So much for a privacy policy and not sharing my personal information. Would not recommend my friends for bridal.
My daughter and her wedding party were treated very bad. The consultant Lauren S was rude, uncaring and not helpful at all. She told us that the sash could be matched with the mens tuxedo well don't believe what they tell you because they will tell you anything to get you to buy from them. I have spend over an hour on the phone trying to speak to someone and never did, now I am on the phone with the home office . I have been on hold for ten minutes and still not talked to anyone.
Very dissapointed with the lack of information when purchasing a bride's maids dress. We were never told they didn't carry Petite sizes. We ended up spending over $70 in alterations due to the "smallest" size, not being small enough! They didn't even offer to make things right, other than refunding the dress. Of course, it was too late to get another one 1 week before the wedding! Poor, poor service and lack of good customer service.

Found out the hard way that they have a NO RETURN /NO EXCHANGE policy on ALL purchases not "sale" items...ALL ITEMS ...you buy it, its YOURS ! Manager on duty was very abrupt and loud but sales person who helped me was very nice. I will never make another purchase at David's Bridal though.
