I have to agree with some of the other negative ratings. If you aren't willing to spend big money on dresses then they don't care. Had to find people different occasions to help us. Finally was allowed to try on dresses by a staff member then another staff member said we weren't allowed to. Needless to say won't be going there again or recommend either.
Every experience I've had at this store has been a nightmare. The staff is not helpful and the consultant I had to help me find a wedding dress was so uninterested. When showing the dresses she was kicking the train around and very pushy with the sales. I did buy a dress which I fully regret every doing, I hate thinking I actually paid them because the experience has been awful. Please DO NOT purchase from this place..the dress quality is awful. Please, don't waste your time or money.
Terrible return policy. My granddaughter got stuck with a dress that she didn't like after she got it home. No refund policy! Not very professional.
This place is horrible. DO NOT GO THERE. They do not care about you unless you are buying your wedding dress. Made an appointment and went there with my maid of honor and literally did ALL THE WORK. Not impressed with the fact that they have zero notifications on inclement weather closure for people who have appointments. It's not a big deal to be closed but it is bad business to not let people know that you're closed. It's really not that hard to post a message on a webpage or social media. It would literally take 3 mins out of someone's life. Don't be lazy. Being customer service oriented is a thing...
I went to this store today with my daughter and her bridesmaids. I was so very disappointed. Although they picked out a dress I wish they had not. The dresses seem of very poor quality. The young lady who waited on us seemed completely uninterested in helping us. It was like an assembly line - her pick these - try them - ok good - now pay. Do not buy a dress from them. They do not care.
I went 3 times to try on dresses. Each time they could not locate my information regarding the dresses I had tried on previously and liked. I was starting over for each visit. Also, it took FOREVER to be waited on. Those not assisting anyone tried to look busy but obviously were not. The consultants also need more training and experience as I basically felt like I received better advice from department store associates.
They are unorganized and there are too many people that don't know anything about what's going on. I would NEVER send anyone there or suggest anyone use them. The most awful, stressful, disappointing experience I've ever had that brought me to tears on more than a few occasions.
Most stressful time of my entire life and David's bridal helped but then other times caused most the stress!
