Well March of 2015 I went to this david's bridal for my appointment to pick out my wedding gown when we first arrived the staff was nice greeted us but automatically thought I was there with out an appointment so when they found my paperwork for the appointment they stated it shouldn't be a long wait take a look around and we will call out your name 45 minutes later I asked the girl up front how much longer did we have too wait she said did you sign in and I said yes then she said what's your name I told her then she said we... read more
Always short staffed. Even if you have an appointment you will have to wait at least 45 minutes. Staff is usually snapping at each other. Once you purchase you're last on the priority list.
Great place for horrible customer service. You should go here if you want to be ignored, forgotten, talked to like a child, and be called by every name except your own.
I had an appointment with them today. I got there early to have a quick look around and still no one was ready for me on time. I asked what dresses were on sale for $100, and there was one tiny rack for a sale that's supposed to be on for another month that the website showed there should have been several selections available. I picked a dress with the style I liked. The woman assisting me finally walked up and I told her what I'm looking for and showed her the dress. I went in i felt like they were pushing me around, like "like hurry up hunnie stop wasting my time" and i told them my budget and the just kept bringing me dresses. I felt pressured, so I left. ugly attitude and customer service. I won't go back to them.
I honestly will never refer anyone to davids bridal again. I had a very strick budget on my dress and the lady picking out my dresses (diane) picked a dress over my budget didn't tell me before I put it on and I fell in love with it and was so anxious to buy it. I ended up buying it with some family help but, I have a apt on Saturday for alterations and they want close to $300 to take it in on the sides a little and bring it up so it's not to long and when I asked if I could pay part of it the day I drop it off and the the r... read more
