Our specialist was very nice and helpful. Took a bit of time to get appointment going tho. Tried on some dresses not on list didn't get to try on dress I saw online that i told her was my number one I saw it when we were leaving but she didn't bring it. I saw it in my size. I guess she just was having a few ideas of her own I would like over all very good and found a really good contender but will have to make another appointment to try on thst other dress
