I do work in a restaurant and understand the hard points of working in customer service, especially in a place where people are particular and specific about their own style needs for a special day. I got to the location early to browse through bridesmaid dresses. The lady at the front desk was not courteous about us being there early simply to browse explaining that they needed to be assigned rooms to try on(again just there to browse). This past visit was a waste of time. The only good thing I got out of it was finding out what dress sizes my Bridal Party wore so I could order the dresses online. The salesperson that helped us had no clue what she was doing most of the time and looked lost. She had no recommendations for us and didn't have a lot of answers to the questions I was asking. Antoinette Martinez assisted me and she had really good upbeat energy even though the store was very busy. She had a very positive attitude and quickly got the hang of what dresses I want to go for, and of course, was considerate of my budget.
