Great! Grace was good about letting us try the dresses my mom wanted and even tho we left and came back she remembered the dress we wanted to purchase!
I took my dress to get it altered and it was still long. Now I have to wait for another week to receive it.
Overall: Good 1st session: Sogol at the Stevens Creek location was super helpful. She actually listened to my specifications. I was a walk in and only spent around 10min with her, found the dress I later chose. I spent a total of 30min there. She was very attentive and kind. 2nd session: I came back to try on a different size because last time it was too big. I actually made an appointment this time. We had an appointment, which got us a fitting room. The sales person was nice but was to bust with other customers to help us with anything
The stylist was not helpful. She was helping three people at the same time..very distracted....
Our consultant left us by ourselves we did most of the work she stopped by about 3 times each time we had a question or needed something...
Too many appts booked at once. Barely any personal attention.
