Entering the store: we booked two time slots for an appointment for bridesmaids dresses ahead of time. We had the bride and 7 bridesmaids. Upon arrival, we had to wait 15 minutes for a room as they were not prepared ahead of time for us. The experience: when a stylist was finally assigned to us, you could tell she didnt care. She was unattentive, unfriendly and unhelpful. She ended up only giving us one change room, which we ended up having 2-3 brodemaids try dresses on at the same time. Very small store(understandable) but you only receive 2 chairs for your bridal party. I personally dont know many brides who go shopping with only 2 people- so be prepared to stand. They over book and double book your consultant so that she is not 100% attentative to just YOU. She is running around not only pulling you dresses but also another room( that is what happened to us) the consultant was told a budget and as soon as she heard the budget, and didnt like it, her focus wasnt on our bride anymore! Absolutely the worse customer service. The girl didn't help us at all. She vaguely listened to what we wanted and compete ignored us. After we left our appointment we wondered the store where no one asked us if we needed anything. The shoes and merchandise were so cheaply made. Just an overall bad experience.
Seriously the worst experience ever! I went to this location with my 5 bridesmaids. We had nothing but issues from walking through the door to getting our dresses. I'm so glad to be done with David's bridal and to never go back. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. �
Absolutely terrible! Went with my best friend who is getting married and they only spoke to us once! We asked her to pull a dress and she said she would bring us a floor length mermaid...came back to the changeroom to find an above the knee dress that is nothing like what we asked for. We were ignored for the rest of the appointment. And just now I tried to call to ask if they have a certain dress in stock, they put me on hold and I hung up after ten minutes. Worst customer service I have encountered in a long time!
Went to David's Bridal today to order a dress for my bridesmaid. This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I'm sure there are other great staff there but my experience was horrible. If you get Keesha please run the other way. She does not understand the definition of customer service. I bought my dress from David's bridal. Paid over $1000 for it and they made me pay $10 for a garment bag. Nickle and diming every step of the way. Then i bought a preservation kit from them- huge mistake. I paid $200 including the upgrade to receive a box with my dress badly squished to one side. Even worse, your eye immediately gets drawn to the gross black hair right under the display window (and it's not mine). And the box is sealed, so nothing i can do without breaking the seal. Went in looking for a dress pointed out the 1 I wanted to try on sales rep wouldn't bring it to me brought me dresses with nothing that I asked for got the pics to show also ... Tried on 2 dresses with the 2nd dress came out to show my posse and my sales rep no where to be found no feedback no helping get onto the dress. .
