Not enough sales people, none of the dresses online they have in store, and the dresses they do have there are limited styles per colour like 4 to 5
Today I took my Daughter to look for a prom dress at your location on Eglinton Ave E. Your greeter at the door needs to be educated on how to be nice. The lady that helped us to get a fitting room has no people skills. My Daughter tried on a size 2 dress and she told me she needed a size 0, so she tried on a size 0 and it was way too small. I asked the salesperson that if we ordered a dress online and it doesn't fit can we return it to the store...she replied with a snarky laugh. I rate my visit a BIG fat 0. . DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. if there was a zero star option Thats what this store would be getting. The employee who originally "ordered" my dress failed to do so even tho I paid for the dress. I then was told there was nothing they could do to help me until I paid for a second dress. After paying for a second dress I was assured they would have it in my the 15th of this month, two days before my dress was to arrive I was contacted and told they would no longer be able to get my dress, that has now been paid for... read more
Appauling service and treatment from staff and manager. NO ONE should ever buy a dress from there. They ruined the BRIDES DRESS and refused to fix it and or alter it after she had already paid to have it altered!!!!!!! She should be reimbursed the full cost of the dress!!!!!!
