My experience was great, hands down. First, they have a wide selection of dresses, and I absolutely loved my dress and my bridesmaid dresses. My mother got her dress from here as well, and overall we were very pleased. I would like to thank Anna Machucha, the service supervisor, who made sure I was well taken care of, and she was able to make sure all of my concerns were addressed and handled with care. Everyone there was very polite. I had great service being there. My bridesmaids all were about to get their dresses there without the need to get alterations. The only think I don't like is how long it takes to get something delivered. Dresses I understand but stain belts can take up to a month or two.

I had an okay experience here, they were kind of pushy and since it was my first time trying on dresses i didn't appreciate that much. I think I will cut my loss and go to a boutique for my second time. However i will say there was a nice variety of dresses to try on.

Although I did buy my wedding dress from this store, I did not have a good experience. The day of my appointment the store opened late and there was already a line of customers waiting outside. My consultant told me that most of the dresses I wanted to try on would not be available because of my size. I needed a size 10 and I don't think that's an unreasonable request. The store really needs to carry a greater variety of sizes. After waiting for her to finally return with some dresses, she brought me only 1 dress that I aske... read more

I didn't expect to find my dress at David's, but I gave it a try and found the perfect dress here! I found my bridesmaids, junior bridesmaids, and flower girl dresses here as well. The prices are excellent, the selection is good, and the fact that it is a chain made it really easy for my geographically-distant attendants to get their dresses.I left my dress to clean up some loose threads from the intricate lacing and beadwork, as I planned to get my dress altered elsewhere but wanted them to do basic cleanup. I was a bit intimidated at first since I didn't have an appointment, but after waiting for a bit, the lady who helped me was totally worth the wait! She gave me exactly what I was looking for and the tailoring service was amazing! I got so many compliments on my dress and didn't go bankrupt over it.

Let me start out by saying that the Davids Bridal in Rockville MD is OUTSTANDING!! I was fearful at first because I had heard some negative buzz, but it was all wrong. This store made every aspect of buying my dress just wonderfull!I fell in love with a dress, the price was PERFECT! I ordered it in a special size and it arrrived much earlier than expected wich is great. I took it in for alterations just 2 weeks before the wedding because I had lost a lot of weight. My personal assistant Penny was wonderful and extremely helpful and nice. After explaining to her what I was looking for in a wedding dress, she left and came back in a few minutes with my perfect dress!!!
