David's was great. They had to take my dress out to get it to fit but they did it for no extra charge. I looked great in that dress!

David's Bridal is a great place to buy a dress of any make or price range. I bought a great dress for a pretty good price so don't be worried if you're on a budget. Also, if you're on the petite side, most of their dresses can be ordered in petite. I used this option and the dress arrived in about 5 weeks.This store was quite busy as it was wedding season. They have great dresses and since they have many, you can actually try on your own size! We got all our bridesmaid dresses and wedding gown there. The alterations were a bit costly, but since the dress was not, it was a great value.

I went in on a Saturday (my first mistake) to look for bridesmaid dresses. The only attention I got was when I first walked in - they gave me a fitting room and then ignored me until I was ready to check out. That being said, I did find everything I needed there and all my girls were able to choose great dresses at a reasonable price. You get what you pay for in service, at least in this David's Bridal.

Very professional and experienced staff. They went above and beyond to keep in contact and had helpful insights for dresses, tuxes and associated coordination. The staff was readily available to assist in finalizing the attire concerns.

There was one big problem with my dress. It was not the correct size. My attendant when I was choosing my dress failed to tell me and my sister that one should ALWAYS order their wedding gown TWO SIZES BIGGER than usually worn. This information is especially valuable if your size is not available to try on. She also, never measured me, so it was basically a guess at the size. Ok, they don�t have the customer service of fancy sores, but as a plus sized bride, I was thrilled to have a large selection of dresses I could try on in my size. I actually found an unusual and beautiful dress Style 9V8835 and was thrilled not to pay too much for a dress I�ll wear for a few hours. Guests were shocked that I found it at David�s Bridal. Dress was more expensive than many options at smaller bridal stores that I found after purchase. Sales person Deb was extremely pleasant and helpful when purchasing dress, but once purchased, other staff could care less. Alterations were effective, but not friendly or helpful during fittings, and seemed expensive to me compared with other people I talked to.
