Unorganized, dirty, disaster! Sales people seem confused.
I will never go to David's bridal again because they have what I think is an ethical practices. I got my wedding gown there and my brides maids dresses and I opened up a credit card account. They signed me up for E statements that I was unaware of and when I didn't pay the bill because I didn't get a paper bill in the mail they would not waive the late fees. Not very nice treatment for a paying customer.
Absolutely positively worst customer service I've ever seen. If I treated people that way at my job i wouldn't have a job. They were running back and forth between people the whole time. I had an appointment and they were servicing walk ins first. It took about 30-40 minutes for someone to notice me and my wedding party. Then every time we needed something she'd disappear and would take forever to come back. We could never find her when we had a problem. Went in last night and had the worst experience I could have imagined. I went in with my best friend with an open mind trying to forget all of the awful things I have heard about the store only to immediately feel the negativety that was looming there. The woman even told me that because my wedding is so far off that they weren't going to let me try on any dresses. Seriously?
