I put in a request to get more information about the company and they have called me a few times while I was at work. I was finally able to answer one of their calls and I was told she was going to schedule a time for the Executive VP to call me the following morning. Okay, great. Well, I never got the call. An hour and a half goes by and I check my email. The Executive VP tells me that I missed the appointment and he would like to reschedule. Now this is becoming a huge headache. I called him at 10:30 and 1:45 that day. No ... read more

To *** ****** ******; Communication is a fundamental aspect of business and Davison endeavors to establish and maintain good communication with anyone who contacts them. When you initiated contact with Davison, your submission was accompanied by an authorization for the company to contact you to discuss your idea. In its efforts to do so, there was clearly a breakdown in scheduling the call. The company extends its apology for any inconvenience this may have caused. While Davison remains willing and able to assist you in the... read more
I asked for a simple information packet and have been harassed by e-mail, text and calls ever since. I have unsubscribed from e-mails and still get them. I have asked them to stop calling me and they are still calling and texting. Do not contact them unless you want to deal with this kind of harassment.
Business response:
To Mr. ****** ****** Davison respects your request to end communications and has placed you on its “Do Not Contact” following your call on June 4th. When you initiated contact with Davison, your submission was accompanied by an authorization for the company to contact you to discuss your idea. There was no ill intention in contacting you, merely an attempt to follow up on your submission. The company extends its apology for any inconvenience or seeming pressure you may have felt. Also, in light of your comments, the IT Depar... read more
From my very first contact through now when I am about to embark on the licensing process, I have been treated with respect and understanding. I ask a lot of questions and all have been answered. Everything they said they would do, they have done. The contracts have clear language. I could not have gotten to this place with my invention if not for Davison. If you have an invention idea, ask for Davison’s help!

To ** *** ****; Davison would like to express its appreciation for your comments. While many individuals may express thanks, it is not often that a client takes the time to post their positive experience to organizations such as the Better Business Bureau. As a result, review sites are filled with a seemingly overwhelming volume of negativity. Again, Davison extends its appreciation for you time and consideration. For over 30 years, Davison has helped everyday people prepare and present their ideas to corporations, manufactu... read more
I have not signed any contract at this point, but after reading reviews in all fairness everything is very clear in the first contract sent for signature. I also realize and can assume that there are many grey areas throughout the process. That being said, did any of you read the first contract sent, did you question anything in it, run it by an attorney, or did you just jump in hoping to make money on your ideas. Scam or no-scam, you as a person made these decisions, Davison didn't twist your arm, but explained things to yo... read more

This company Davison product development has committed fraud and deception. My idea was never finished and they did not follow through on their promise! I want the world to know that I was tricked and precious money was stolen from me. Thy are crooks and never delivered my product as they promised!
Business response:
To Mr. Victor Ramirez; Customer concerns upset everyone and our staff works very hard to troubleshoot them so communication errors are kept to a minimum. Unfortunately, the comments in your post are false and defamatory. While some individuals use complaint sites to vent their frustrations, the reality is that once posted, the comments remain on the internet in perpetuity. No amount of “I may have gone overboard” can fully rectify the damage such posts created. The services provided to you met with your documented approval... read more
I originally contacted Davison about an invention I thought of. They told me that it was a great invention and they would like to move forward on it. I signed a contract with them stating that they would proceed with a 595.00 payment. I paid the amount and a few weeks later they came back with another contract for me to sign for thousands of dollars that I do not have. Originally, I was told I only needed to pay 595.00. Never was it mentioned there would be additional payments. This is the old bait and switch scam. I wanted ... read more
These sons of b****es started sending me multiple daily spam emails about two weeks ago, and it’s growing worse by the day, to the tune of over 10 per day. I have reported them to numerous agencies. This scenario is intolerable! Heretofore I had never even heard of this company, and suddenly out of the blue I am besieged with their rubbish filling up my inbox! If anyone else has experienced this and found a viable way of making them cease-and-desist, can you please let me know?
Business response:
Davison has no record of any e-mails, or other communication, with an individual named ***** ********, or with the mail address of ***********@***.com.
I think this is one among the worst and crooked company. Years ago a lady called me regarding one of my inventions. I proceeded to see if they can help me patented my Idea. But instead it seemed they need my money. She forced me to leave $50 for deposit like I was interested in their company. I did leave the money however. But due to my study I slowed down because most of them want idea and they would steal it. For over 9 years they never want to return my money back to me. This year, 2019 I called the same woman answered sh... read more

To: Mr. ******** *****; Customer concerns upset everyone and the staff works very hard to troubleshoot them so communication errors are kept to a minimum. Davison goes to great lengths to fairly address reasonable concerns. However, your posted comments are defamatory, false, and an egregious mischaracterization of your interactions with Davison. You state a representative “called me regarding one of my inventions”, implying that Davison initiated contact. This is false. You first contacted Davison by submitting an idea in A... read more
