This company bait and switched me according to our contract. They say that they will contact upto 45 companies to sell your product to. But later I find out that you have to provide the companies to them in order for them to contact. Second, They say that they will provide you the sample after it is finished. Later, I never received my sample. Third, they say that they will make a video for your product at their discretionary, later I find out that they will charged me $3000 to make the video. In 2008 I submitted an idea to Davison. They messed around with it for several months, came back with an alternative idea and requested approval for the submission to a potential company. I argued and argued with them to discuss and expand the idea I had proposed, and they stonewalled me. For the $13,000+ I gave them, they did nothing, and then had the balls to come back looking for more money. I shut that door. I have an excellent idea and I contacted Davison to see if I can make my product into mass production. Before signing anything or paying $800, I was very clear that I am not willing to invest more than $2000 total. I clarified this multiple times. I talked to Gary, who has reassured me multiple times that it’s going to be under my budged. I paid for the contract and soon afterward the story has changed. I had never written a review for a Company. But in this case. I don't want other people to go through what I went through. I am making a consumer complaint against Davison Design & Development of Pittsburgh, Pa. This complaints stems from services promised that were not designed as required, produced for review and misrepresentation about the length of time it would take to receive a prototype allegedly produced (3 weeks or more). Update: I received my prototype; and as I suspected the design features that I wanted were never added. I spoke to representatives several times during the process; and they knew what I requested. There are no excuses for this. They will attempt to spin the narrative, but I've experienced others have also. If they cannot do the job, they do not deserve clients. Very upset!!

I put in a request to get more information about the company and they have called me a few times while I was at work. I was finally able to answer one of their calls and I was told she was going to schedule a time for the Executive VP to call me the following morning. Okay, great. Well, I never got the call.
