Get directionsThese sons of b****es started sending me multiple daily spam emails about two weeks ago, and it’s growing worse by the day, to the tune of over 10 per day. I have reported them to numerous agencies. This scenario is intolerable! Heretofore I had never even heard of this company, and suddenly out of the blue I am besieged with their rubbish filling up my inbox! If anyone else has experienced this and found a viable way of making them cease-and-desist, can you please let me know?
Business response:
Davison has no record of any e-mails, or other communication, with an individual named ***** ********, or with the mail address of ***********@***.com.
I think this is one among the worst and crooked company. Years ago a lady called me regarding one of my inventions. I proceeded to see if they can help me patented my Idea. But instead it seemed they need my money. She forced me to leave $50 for deposit like I was interested in their company. I did leave the money however. But due to my study I slowed down because most of them want idea and they would steal it. For over 9 years they never want to return my money back to me. This year, 2019 I called the same woman answered sh... read more

To: Mr. ******** *****; Customer concerns upset everyone and the staff works very hard to troubleshoot them so communication errors are kept to a minimum. Davison goes to great lengths to fairly address reasonable concerns. However, your posted comments are defamatory, false, and an egregious mischaracterization of your interactions with Davison. You state a representative “called me regarding one of my inventions”, implying that Davison initiated contact. This is false. You first contacted Davison by submitting an idea in A... read more
Hi, I joined Davison looking for help to get my idea on the market! I paid 600$ up front to get my idea going. I agreed to the contract before I read all the negative reviews. I spoke with Tinette M today on the money situation and she affirmed me that I am paid in full until next Monday to decide if I want to go ahead with the prototype. I was a little misled because on their site it says "looking for new ideas" in all reality it should say "looking for work" Because they do not buy ideas. They are not looking for new ideas... read more

To: Mr. *********** ******; Customer concerns upset everyone and the staff works very hard to troubleshoot them so communication errors are kept to a minimum. Despite the fact that the services for which you contracted are not yet due to be performed, as well as the fact that only one day after making payment for these services, you feel justified in posting your inaccurate and defamatory comments. Any implication that you were not provided with all the facts regarding Davison’s services is not supported by the facts. The di... read more
This company is a complete fraud, they will blatantly lie, take your money and deliver absolutely nothing they promise. Do not under any circumstances pay them a dime or you'll never see it again. The are currently under FTC investigation and the bad reviews you see on BBB are legitimate. If I can spare someone else from becoming a victim I've done my part.

To Ms. ******* ********– You have been a valued client since you first contacted Davison in January 2017. While it is unfortunate that your product idea has not been licensed; that fact does not negate the services which were provided. Davison performed its services with your express written approval and authorization. Further, the services met with your documented satisfaction. There is no basis for your posted comments. In your case, when you contacted Davison you were provided with, and acknowledge having read, two disclo... read more
I really need some advice. I came up with an invention a few months ago. I went with Davison inventing company, who I now believe is a scam. The company had me to pay $795.00, and I was told it was for my patent. Then the company tells me that I need to pay $15,000 for my protype and my provisional patent will come later. Yes, I did become upset because I have never invented anything and during my research with this company I was told and I thought that I was paying for my patent. So, Mr. I*****, tells me that if I can just ... read more

You contract with Davison was in clear language, readable type and had no “fine print” provisions. I joined Davison in 2015 after a bombard of email request for a year to contact them. I was researching how to patent an idea and stumbled up on their website. I surfed the site - looks good. I registered -- what's the worst that can happen. Well after receiving almost a year of emails I am thinking my idea must be pretty good. So I called the person who sent me the emails. He was very nice - user friendly. I was convinced I could see my invention in stores. I paid the initial fee for them to research my idea for other paten... read more

This is a terrible company which promises the moon to people who are desperate, therefore vulnerable, to such promises. They do not deliver on their promises but they're very good at taking lots of money from people. Read about the FTC case in 1997 or the testimony of a former Davison employee from 2008. If you sign on with this company despite all the negative reviews, be prepared to hand over a fortune and get nothing for it. I wasted over $15K with them. They say they had a team of engineers redo my invention but looks no... read more

To Mr. **** *********; Customer concerns upset everyone and our staff works very hard to troubleshoot them so communication errors are kept to a minimum. Unfortunately, the comments in your post are defamatory, false, and misleading. While on-line complaint sites serve a valuable service in facilitating communication, they are not a valid forum for individuals to vent their frustration at the expense of a company and its dedicated employees. From the time of an initial contact, through the research and development of a new p... read more

To Ms. *** ****** – Your comments about Davison and its services are unwarranted. At the outset is should be clarified that you are not, nor have you ever been, a client of Davison. As you post indicates, it was your husband who contracted with Davison. It was your husband that approved all aspects of the services provided. Those services were completed by April 2012, more than five (5) years ago and his product idea was actually licensed. Your post makes clear that you are misinformed, as there is no factual support for you... read more
