This is an extremely shadey fly by night scam like operation with a rude shadey information stealing person. They want info amd they want to get money without actually achieving anything. And how they falsely obtained our info and account statistics I am extremely outraged by this breach of security. And they sent a letter that didn't include their name and made it out to look like it is legit and a law firm. No one asked for any "debt settlement" anything. This is really bad. The accounts we do have are open and just fine a... read more

Avoid at all costs. This "company" sent a fake appearing letter to my home from their "negotiations" department, quoting debt numbers they have no access to, and told me it was their "second attempt" at reaching me. The letter threatened that fees/costs would increase unless I called. The letter is bland and does not label itself as coming from DebtBlue. However, when I called the number to ask to be removed, the number that called me back was from DebtBlue. Upon blocking that number, they call back with different numbers. A... read more

I used to think this was a great company but ever since they moved they can't keep anyone who knows what they are doing and the ones that do apparently leave. I was told I was graduating from the program and that I only owed 127 dollars in fees and I had enough in my account to take care of one card left and that the 127 would be taken out this month. Instead bc they are money grubbing demons they have charged me the full amount again that was the amount paid per card in the program for all the cards in the program and said ... read more

Ms. ****** came to DebtBlue after a different Debt settlement company she was with could no longer service her. Ms. ******s issue with us that we collected our fee, but what happened was that we couldn't collect the fee when the last settlement was initially started like we were supposed to because in the middle of the settlement Ms. Jorden lowered her monthly deposit for 3 months. So, in order for Ms. ****** not to lose or void the settlement we waited till the end of the settlement to collect our fee which accounting had t... read more

Where do I even start? I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this company. I started this program a little over 2 years ago and had 5 accounts that needed to be paid off. I paid steadily for 2 years and I decided to call and ask what it would take to pay off the remaining accounts. I was told a price and immediately sent them the money to take care of these accounts. I needed them taken care of as I was looking to buy a new house. When I gave my payment of $5200 in February I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to settle all of ... read more

Business response:

Mr. ******* originally enrolled in a debt settlement program with a different company- In October of 2020 they decided to no longer service the state Mr. ******* lived in so DebtBlue stepped in and took over the file to not leave the consumers with out a company to help them complete their program. Although the client wanted it to be a speedy process because he wanted to buy a house, we can't control when creditors or Law firms get back to us, send over documents or reply to emails. It is a process, and can be frustrating an... read more

I've been receiving as many as 3 physical letters from this company per week for the last 6 months or so. Called this so-called company today to ask them to remove me from all solicitation lists and instead of simply accommodating me, they claimed to have my personal financial data on file. When I asked them how they could possibly have access to my personal financial information without my explicit and direct authorization, "Jordan" backpedaled some on the claim. In speaking with this persons manager "Joshua;" I asked for c... read more

Recieved more than one unsolicited letter from them. When I called it was answered it was the same guy from Clear Debt resolutions. Letters from both are interstingly similar. I strongly suspect this is a scam.

Business response:

Thank you for the comment, DebtBlue has many affiliates BUT, Clear Debt Resolutions is not one of them. We are not a scam, if you check out our website www.debtblue.com you will see we are real! Many times people in the same industry may use similar advertising methods- again, this does not make us a scam. If you are not interested in the service we provide, please disregard the advertisement. Thank you, DebtBlue
