I've been receiving as many as 3 physical letters from this company per week for the last 6 months or so. Called this so-called company today to ask them to remove me from all solicitation lists and instead of simply accommodating me, they claimed to have my personal financial data on file. When I asked them how they could possibly have access to my personal financial information without my explicit and direct authorization, "Jordan" backpedaled some on the claim. Recieved more than one unsolicited letter from them. When I called it was answered it was the same guy from Clear Debt resolutions. Letters from both are interstingly similar. I strongly suspect this is a scam.
