Issue with reservation that was not a concern to hotel manager. Had to request towels, handsoap, and conditioner. Bathroom handle hanging off door.

The bathroom floor had dried urine on it. I could see the spots all directly in front of the toilet. Someone needed to shake a little more ; ) there is no reason for the house keeping team to not have seen it. The floor has not been cleaned in a long time as shown by the door dust from the door sliding back and forth. Im sure its still there, take a look. Everything else was perfect. Thank you!
