The hotel is beautiful and clean and the beds were comfortable. Most of the staff was nice. The only drawback was the somewhat smarmy man at the entrance to the casino when we asked where the restaurants were as it seemed they were inside the casino and you couldn’t enter unless you are 21. He said that the restaurants were indeed inside the casino and that you had to be 21 to enter. So I said “you have to be 21 to even go into the restaurants”? Good evening,I'm glad you had a good experience with your hotel accommodations, and I deeply apologize that you weren't given the utmost customer service by our Security team. Unfortunately, the only food establishment we have available that is family and under 21 friendly is the Sociale restaurant in the Hotel. The remaining restaurants on the casino floor are 21+ due to direct access to alcohol and gambling. We hope you do stay with us again under much better circumstances. Have a great weekend!
