The floor in my room was not vacuumed, there was dust in the corners. The shower was absolutely filthy. I will never stay there again!!

Clean and very convenient to NYS Thruway. Hotel access to the casino is quick and easy and the fitness center is top notch. Room was very clean except for half a drink left in the fridge.

There is no question that the property is first class, however the people responsible for cleaning the rooms must do a better job. We found a lot of hair in the bathroom and evidence that the rooms had not been inspected by management. Trash left behind waste baskets and it appeared that staff didn't do a good job. If management looks at these comments, I would bet that our room 248 is still dirty in the corners, as this did not appear to be a one off.
