No towels at check in! Hotel was updated but when we checked in there were 2 dirty hand towels hanging in bathroom and no large towels!! Had to call to get clean towels and it took so long, we had to go to front desk to get them ourselves! But I won $100 at casino so I guess that made up for it

Noticed right off the bat no hand soap in bathroom, floor by window near were furness/ air conditioning was soaking wet & when showered was no water pressure at all just barely sprayed out. Have stayed there several times and this is first time had complaints.
very clean rooms, hotel well maintained clerks very helpfulls
