Because we've never liked to be pressured into buying anything, shopping for a new car has always been a bit "uncomfortable." That is why we were pleasantly surprised to meet David Starky & shop at Delray Honda. Overall we had a great experience with Delray Honda. We worked with a great sales rep who was able to meet our budget and was very friendly and helpful. Got a few additional perks (key chain, pin stripe added, car cleaning kit, touch up paint) which was nice considering how much money was spent. Our only negative experience, whcih can be expected in any car dealership was the struggle with the finance person to get an acceptable interest rate.
It was a pleasure dealing with the people mentioned here from Delray Honda. They made buying a car fun. They all worked as a team and were hands on as to how could they make the sale, not only for the Dealership, but most important to them was to make the customer happy with what was involved with the sale.
I just bought a 2010 Civic LX. David Starky was our salesman. He is an intelligent, educated, and professional gentleman. He did his part very efficiently and pleasantly. WE were very happy with the dealership, beautiful showroom and a large selection of cars. Our salesman, David Starky, got us the car we wanted. He was very courteous and accomodating to us. The new CR-V is for our daughter, who is very fussy and she couldnt be happier with the car. David quoted us the best out-the-door price through the internet and we did our research. My overall experience was great. Debbie was the best...not pushy like some...I bought my last car there, too. All the people were very nice and I felt comfortable even though buying a new car IS NOT my thing. I know I'll like the 2010 Honda CrossTour that I purchased.
