I don’t think they should put the service contract on the Finance or the care maintain l think that should be up to the Individual that was 4550.00 Sherry Cortes

I called Delray Honda to find out about a Camry they had for sell. I explained my situation and the fact I had to drive over 2 hours in a rental to see the car. The salesman (Jason) When I talked to him on the phone, he described the car as perfect. I asked him several times about the condition of the car. In his own words describing the car as "perfect". I make the long drive to the dealership and found out the car has scratches on the front door panel, lights fogged over, and big stain in the back. I confront him about it ... read more

My comments about Del Ray Honda will be made to American Honda , When you bump an MSRP sticker 3000.00 dollars and no ware in the deal is it disclosed until you get into F&I thats a choice by the customer if he wants those items or not ,if i remmber we negotiate from sticker including all add on"s .

Very disappointing. Not sure how they stay in business. Many people working at the dealership not many people buying cars. But still awful customer service. After deciding to purchase a certified preowned vehicle with Delray Honda we were told we could start the paperwork over the phone due to Covid-19 and living over an hour away. The salesman was not very helpful. The finance manager was impossible to get in touch with. I spoke with Mr Peter Madera last week and He agree with me that the truck wasn’t properly fixed.... You lied to me, told me you were going to fix it or fix the bumper and you didn't. just put an extra screw in the fog light. I take care of this truck more than I do myself. Be a man of your word, and resolve it. I trusted in you.... I was advised from Mr Peter do the maintenance the Truck in the GM dealership, because of the warranty... Bought a certified used Honda Civic from them. What a joke their certification process is. Car had door dings, rear bumper damage, missing toe hook cover, dirty inside and out, weatherstrip ripped, hard water spots all over and surface scratches all over. Also, they clearly never serviced the car since the alignment was out, fluids were all low, tire pressure was low and no windshield washer fluid and no gas. This dealership is terrible; they only care about overcharging you. I called to make a service appointment and when I told the employee on the phone I only wanted to get oil change he hung up on me. He was trying to sell me a package for $600. I called four more times but obviously they screen the phone calls and nobody picked up again. And it was 5:15 pm. That’s the customer service you get when you buy a car from Delray Honda. Never again!

On July 3,2020 I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer from this dealership. On July 7th I was diagnosed with the Covid Virus. Spent the next month at home very sick. 2 weeks after I got well i heard a noise in the engine compartment. Now its a $2000.00 dollar fix. NO help!! all their used cars are "as is". So they clean them up, fix what is noticeable (or cover it up as in my case) and sell it to people like me. The sales mgr says 'AS IS too bad").
