Andrew was very informative and I enjoyed working with him. He sells cars the right way. In today's world customers are very informed in the things they are looking to buy. they don't check the vehicles they call certified. i bought one with 10k mile that had the tires dry cracked and i went back and the tire manager said it was nothing wrong with them after dicusing the danger of driving tires like that i was told to have them inspected by a michelin deeler and if they would replace delray honda would pay the difference,, got them inspected and found they were very bad cracked even on the inside had them replaced, sent the bill to delray honda,,,,, they will not hold their word..... don't trus... read more

Customer service was outstanding, I received everything I asked for and more. I highly recommend if you can to purchase your car from Delray Honda. Several years ago I would of not recommended it, but today I am very happy too.

I thought that everyone did an excellent job! Maia Nikiforova and Lester Martin took the initiative to get the exact car that we wanted and it sealed the deal. Maia was very professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Craig Grunewald in finance was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to put the deal together and work with our needs. we were treated fairly salesman was knowledgeable .price was acceptable. office was friendly. no long wait for the manager to help in the purchase.paper work was done quickly.car was ready for us on time.was a nice experience. ishmail made us comfortable with this leasing experience

I have been leasing Honda's for the past 6-8 years and have been a return customer. I have to say that by far my Pilot is the best!! I have to children and I thought it was going to be to big but it's perfect! Love it, and the people at Delray Honda where great! Thanks!

I actually emailed Charles for about a month on a '08 Nissan Altima that I found on the internet. I couldn't make it down to the dealership to look at it, but Charles kept in touch via email to let me know that the car was "still there". After on particular weekend, he wrote to say that this car had to be my destiny because it had not sold and that I should at least come down and take a look. Was treated with respect. No hard sales pitch. Jason explained pricing. Craig gave an excellent explanation on leasing vs. purchaing. Price was good. Car was ready when it was promised. Good selection of vehicles. I hope the Servixce dept. is as good as the Sales.
