Everybody had a really great attitude, they were very friedly and easy to deal with. We came in with an internet coupon, we were not pressured in anyway, there were no hidden costs. The entire purchase went off without a hitch. This dealership was heads overheals above the previous honda dealershiip in the same location. I would highly recommend this dealership

I had an overall wonderful experience! Shoshan was excellent and made everything easy and smooth. I will definitely come back here when purchasing my next vehicle and will will absolutely reccommend Delray Honda to others. Thank you so much for all your help.

Michael was very friendly and honest. He took time to walk me around the dealership with me and made sure i had all the information i needed. My expectations were truly exceeded. I would definitly recomend Delray Honda to my family. The minimal time i spent walking through the maintenance department mdae me feel like i was in the hands of proffesionals.

I went to Edmorse Honda a felt like i was literally being raped on the showroom floor. I wanted a Honda and a friend of mine referred me to Frank, want a difference. He really listened to me and took the time to understand what it was i was looking for in a new car.

I, like most did some vehicle research online and decided for the money and the quality to check out Hondas. My research took me to Delray Honda, I went there on Christmas week, needless to say they were busy, but I was assisted by Frank McCarthy who was both knowledgable and friendly even though I said right from the start I was not interested in purchasing a vechicle anytime soon. Delray Honda and Paul Susca, the salesman, are nothing but f****** scammers. They lure you in with a so-called “list price” online, then when you sit down to buy, they suddenly slap on almost $1,500 in absolute b***xxxx fees for “detailing” and “paint protection.” Give me a a fu****g break... that’s just pure robbery. These are completely unnecessary charges designed to rip people off when someone is looking at a used car, especially. I brought my CRV 2004 for oil change November 7 and my cargo cover. I contacted Del Ray Honda and talked to Alex Sanchez, the manager who said he would Check to see if they had one in stock. Mr. Sanchez never called me back and I have reached out numerous times and left messages with no response. I contacted Honda headquarters and filed a complaint and my case number is 15247558. All I wanted was Honda to replace my cargo cover that was stolen from my car at their facility.

"I visited a local Honda dealership last week to inquire about a Honda Accord. They showed me a car, I test drove it, and they quoted me a price. After some negotiation, they called me back and when I returned to the dealership, they tried to show me a different, more expensive car. SHADY BUSINESS! !! Was working with sales person Adam Clavette for a few weeks on a Honda Pilot. Price came down for the price I was looking at. Sent him a message 745 to get an updated proposal. At 10 am, I called him and told him we wanted to move forward with the purchase of the vehicle. Asked for a buyers order signed and if we could put a down-payment/deposit on the car while I worked with credit union and drove down for car (out of state).
