Let me start by saying this place is A SCAM & SO ARE THE CARS ! FROM THE PEOPLE, numbers, services, wait time, and all around. Let me start by saying they sold me my first car that started smelling like smoke. Jonas Bair mentioned through text that I could exchange my car within 7 days. Instead, I get charged for a second car as it was considered a new trade and went against his word, to leave me with $18,000 out the door with my trade in at $20,000. MUST READ BEFORE YOU BUY*********** SO Delray Beach Honda sold me a 2015 Honda Accord that was a lemon and burning oil bad, and they knew about it before they sold me this vehicle. they said they have a 4.9 rating this would never happen.......yet won't help me fix it and blamed all the problems on me .. and begged me right away after I bought the vehicle to give them a five star review. I bought a 2020 Honda HR-V for $18,470 financed over 24 months. The first statement showed that it included a service contract that I never ordered. In sum, the $18,470 HR-V turned into $25,841. When I tried to contact the salesman, he wasn’t returning my calls. If you want to buy a Honda go somewhere else.

I'm in Houston, TX. Saw a deal on Cargurus for a CRV on their lot. Submitted an Inquiry which lead to a deal after 2 days of negotiating. Sent them my Credit Application, to then be told by Antoni Basta (Sales Rep), they can't hold the car while I fly into Florida to finalize the deal, even with a deposit. Don't waste your time with these guys if you're out of town. The deal went from 25k E-price to 31k, from jump, and had to work my way down over 2 days to get a price we both agreed upon to then we won't hold it for you. Wh... read more

Prices for service posted on their website are not what one gets after arriving at the dealership. Dealership website advertised a $ 65.00 oil change and turned into a $125 charge at the dealership. FALSE ADVERTISING!!

One of the most dishonest car dealers I have experienced in 65 years. I was lied to about the features on my car and because they knew I was rushed, they did everything in their power to make sure I didn't catch their lies until I was on my way home, late at night. Then I was promised they would make things good with me. I never heard back from them again. There are many places to buy a car. Save yourself the aggravation and go anywhere else.

Bought a vehicle here. Owed a refund which has been repeatedly promised "the check is in the mail." Many weeks later, still no refund. Not a huge sum of money; but money owed to me regardless. Delray Honda, Dishonest and disappointing way to conduct business! When a dealership, from management to the accounting/finance dept does not maintain honesty, integrity and accountability to do the right thing, one must be suspect of their overall business practices.
