Lucy is THEEE BEST! She made the process super fun and worth it. She was attentive and dedicated to what I wanted and made it happen! Todd G(general sales manager) was extremely nice and made superb accomodations to fit my desires wanted out the leasing process. Spoke with Lexi to make a service appointment, she thought I was rude for requesting a different service advisor rather than my usual one. She then demanded respect as she HUNG UP ON ME - wow!

If I could give negative stars I would. Jeff and service manager Alex scammed my boyfriend into a $800 car service without verbally stating the price beforehand. The service for his LEASED car usually costs $80-$90, now all of a sudden the service is 10x the usual price? They had no sympathy, just wanting to scam a college student a week before Christmas in times like this. Disgusting, vile behavior. I purchased my civic from Delray Honda and will not return to service my car OR purchase my next car. I hope they get scammed ... read more

Brandon was outright rude to me. I was about to work a deal with this dealership for a 2019 Honda CRV. I started working with Lucie, who was great at working out the numbers and worked like a charm with me. I agreed on the price, but I am based in Jacksonville and was trying to work it over the phone. I asked about the basic dealer coverage of the vehicle in case I drive out of the dealership and 15 minutes after that AC goes off or anything goes wrong with the car. GOOGLE REVIEW If you want to replace a part that doesn’t need to be replaced at least replace one that wasn’t replaced few months ago. This dealership is built on fraud From top to bottom; Sales manager, Service manager Alex Sanches service advisors mechanics they all are NOT TO BE TRUSTED. A year ago my car had major service $1699.00 drove the car 10,000miles. I had discussed our financing situation with Matthew and the Sales Manager. The situation was that I stay at home so we need to list total household income, put it in my husbands name, or we would pay cash and not finance. We agreed on list household income. That isn't what Gary did. It was only when I said fine I will pay cash for the car that I could magically get financing. Not before His actions gave me a ding on my credit.

So you live up north, NY, NJ or New England area without a Florida residency and yet your money is not any good here. It is discriminatory at best and an utterly ridiculous business practice. What if you have family and friends that are snowbirds in Florida and they are interested in a car….. Well you just lost that business. Service advisor only looking for his commissions and are dishonest. Lost my only key fob to my Honda Pilot And the service advisor said there's nothing he can do unless I towed the vehicle to him so he could make a key, I called a mobile locksmith, he showed up immediately and had a key finished in 15 minutes for $125,
