Terrible car shopping experience I regret to inform you that I am incredibly dissatisfied with my car buying experience at Delray Honda. I had to suffer through racist and intolerant remarks, a rude and unprofessional financial manager, and a poorly detailed car. Buying out my Accord lease was totally misled Since in the midst of this Pandemic situation I just wanted to purchase my lease out at the end with the less amount of time and effort as I was buying out my lease at Delray Honda where I originally leased it. Not so sweet 16 I planned to purchase a 2019 Honda Civic Sport for my daughter's 16th birthday. I agreed to a price on Saturday, 2 May 2020, and my salesman emailed me a purchase order. the finance guy tried to sell me an extended warranty but I declined. They are all CROOKS Do Not go to this dealer! This dealership is a bunch of CROOKS. After buying a used car and paying thousands of dollars for a service plan I cannot get anyone at the dealer to accept or even acknowledge the plan. In other words they STOLE this money from me and they are all CROOKS and should not be trusted. They should all be locked up so they cannot prey on other citizens.

Completely the worst most disgusting manager to deal and work with. Sabrina Boisson we could see her stuffing her face with food the moment our sales person went back to her desk with my husbands offer for the new car. We were there so long and could hear her eating and screaming bad words at our sales consultant. Sales person was nice I was quoted a price for my lease and a down payment. When I went to sign papers with the financial person it was a higher down payment and the monthly payments were $50 more a month. I feel that I was dubed and when my husband and I went back to tell them what happened because I was by myself without my husband they said they could do nothing to rectify this problem. I like the car but so disappointed in the sale.

Assumptive and Pricey Travis was the point man for Costco Auto Program through which the test drive was referred. I identified one used vehicle of interest. It was as if I could not leave without a sale. He was not en rapport with me since I would not cooperate or agree with an instant sale that he had assumed would take place without quibble. One of the worst ever After coming to this dealership, I’ve never been more mad in my life. The profanity used by this man is not acceptable especially in front of my son. There is no professionalism there at all. I will never be coming back nor would I ever have Jonas sell me a car, worst salesman in the country.
