buyer beware The sales people are nice enough, however, when dealing with the finance people its a different story. I will take ownership of part of the problem because I trusted them. Being a consumer and a person of service, I can say from my experience , Honesty is the best policy. It may be my bruised ego that is fueling this review of trust because even though I had asked "what was the selling price of the car?", it was different than what was actually put on paper. Deseptive Finance Although the sales portion was good, the finance guy tried to slip in $1700 warranty after we said NO! General manager not good either! I see this Web Site only shows 5 star rating, lets see if this gets in!

No good We purchased a pre owned in 2014. When we came back to trade in for a lease, they offered very little in the form of loyalty programs and came up with very expensive offers, full of confusing add-on expenses. When asked what they were, they seemed irritated and impatient to explain. We got far better offers for our pre owned Honda at other brand dealerships.

Credit Nightmare I came in with a check from PNC.. No need for financing. Credit guy pulled credit 5 times My combined credit score all 3 bureaus dropped 61 points Totally pissed

After as week and $1,265.74 they returned the car worse If you need to get any mechanical service for your used Honda this is not the place to go. We took our CRV 2014 Honda for a battery light. We explained that the battery was brand new and that the light just came up after we changed. They called us and tell us that it was the Alternator and got approved by our insurance, but after they installed the battery light was still on, then they said it was the control module and called the insurance company and got it approved..... read more

I have been communicating with the Service Manager, Todd Fanning regarding the issue you had and the review online. Todd informed me that the car had to be brought back in for the technicians to continue the investigation. He said that it ended up taking an extended amount of time because they had to trace every wire and connector to find the broken wire which had corroded in the main wiring harness. They only care for you money!! Awful experience!!! I received a very unpleasant experience from Bert Montalvo who ironically is the Customer Relations manager. However, the sales person was nice and professional.

New Car Getting a new car is very stressfull. The 2 peple I dealt with ast the dealership aren't on this form. Also I ended up leasing not buying a new or pre-owned which isn't on this form. It always takes too long to get a new car, cost too much and my review probably will be rejected again.

Honda Accord The other day I was inquiring about a used car at that Delray Honda dealership. The guy was helpful, checked car availability, confirmed a couple of things about the car and we scheduled an apportionment for the next day. Next afternoon I checked the website and realized that the price on that car had been increased almost $1300. I called the guy and he was surprised and said he wasn’t aware of why it was increased. New Purchase Takkata recall and graphic text in recall letter from Honda brought us into the Delray Honda for alternate transportation while awaiting parts. Decided to trade in '08 CRV for a new '16 CRV EX-L our forth CRV. Been with Honda's for 18 years and was treated in the most positive way by staff at Delray Honda who clearly respects and protects the Honda Brand. Berkshire Hathaway should be proud of how this dealership works with their customers, I am!
