** MISINFORMED ** These guys are what a joke. I spoke with Shane over the phone he connected me with his finance manager Sam. I gave them all of my information to them over the phone to save time. I specifically told them I am coming from far away 1 1/2 hour drive. They assured me that they got me approved from capital finance 100% approved and I may pick the car. Biggest Book of BS Fees Do Not Go To: Delray Honda they are the worst dealer to buy or Lease a new car they are crooks. SAM POLA the sales directer is biggest crook, fraud, conman. We agreed with PETTER MADERA the sales man: at closing we will pay 1st mont lease payment of $325.00that includes tax + $85.00 tag transfer fee. Not a penny more. Once car is bought they wipe their hands of you! Bought a 2018 Chevrolet Suburban with a squeak, and once the car was paid for Mr. Coker forgets your phone number (doesn't return calls) An tried to get me to do his job. disappointed Chauncey Reynolds has No customer services, I was talk to vs talked with and called young man instead of by my name... Just one of the things that made me feel belittled. Zachary Coker Don't deal with this dealership ever, they sell and forget you exist. Impossible to contact by internet, unless they want to sell you a car, then their available. Salesman stinks, doesn't help you at all, dissatisfied customer/senior! They will easily take advantage of you. I advise you have all your finances set up before you walk in there. They will take extreme advantage of you if you don’t stay alert. The dealer I was working with told me that the 18.46% APR they are offering me is a good deal because he is paying 25% on his car. Mind you, I walk in with 750+ credit score.
