Unsatisfied Felt I didn't get a good deal jumped to quick thought I could change it but told it was to late to salesman Travis and Shaun were excellent people to deal with I'm not happy with the Honda family
wasted time Dealership confirmed having a specific used car. I drove there in 30 minutes but when i got there i was told i'm sorry the car was sold last night. Also told i that's the bad news but the good news is that we have plenty of other cars.
Terrible Experience Terrible service. Todd the sales manager does not really care about feedback and his customers (even though they say they do). They sold me a warranty I do not need without explaining it properly. Rude and arrogant sales manager should never be a manager anywhere at all.
It was my last resort If I am being honest, meeting Carlos was a complete waste of my time. They don’t support their brand Bought a used Honda. Brought it back a year later because the paint was totally shot. They said I must have sprayed something on it. The 4 body shops I took it to all said the same thing: cheap paint job with no clear coat. Salesman, service employee, service manager, and Honda bigwig all claimed “they’d never seen this before.” DON’T BUY A USED CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.
The financing process took too long While I understand it was a busy day, we were left sitting for almost 45 minutes before we even sat with the finance person. He was very organized and explained everything quite at length but he wanted me to sign papers before he actually explained all of the costs involved which was a bit backwards.
Rough around the edges. They had the right car, the right color but wrong price. Was told one price by my salesman in writing and when I drive 2 hours to the dealership for that price, imagine my surprise when it wasn’t right. Little disappointed that they would not honor their initial price they quoted me for however it worked out in the end when we compromised and made a deal happen. Finance manager lied You should take a look at the email we sent to Delray Honda. We would NEVER ever go to Delray again. The finance manager, flat out lied to us about an extended warranty.
Jon Tetreteault (finance manager) Disingenuous with pricing We agreed on the price of the vehicle and he added eight hundred dollars dealers fee which was not mentioned in our agreement of the final pricing and also placed other felonious fees so please be careful when dealing with him. He Included tag and title into total financing of the vehicle which was supposed to be separate from total cost of the vehicle. He also said that six year warranty was included in the vehicle but he sold the warranty for two thousand dollars.
