Deceptive, Dismissive After Papers Signed I worked with Thomas Arena at the dealership. The sales process went well seemingly as we negotiated a price on a 2018 Honda Accord, Touring 2.0T. I agreed to the deal. Then, in the finance office with Scott, I was informed that there would be an additional !900+ dollars in dealer fees (never discussed). I bolted and was walking out. Disappointed First of all I purchased my first Honda pilot from Delray Honda, service was good, then I brought my sister there to buy her Honda CRV, the salesman Zack promised me a 100 dollars for referral, it has been almost here now this check never got delivered. I call him several time he never answer nor call back. Now I just bring my clients straight to Toyota next door until they break my trust.

If you like being cheated, go to Delray Honda I wouldn't use this dealership if it was the last dealership on earth. These people are scoundrels. PLEASE STAY AWAY. They hook you in by giving you these low "Internet Sales" prices but the price you agree to pay with the salesman is NOT the price you pay when you sign the papers with the business manager. Sales great!!! But.. Mauricio and Shane in sales could not have been more corteus, informative and efficient than what they were. I wish I could say the same about the financing and insurance department. I paid cash for the car and I had my own insurance and yet I feel that I was handled in these two department not as a customer but as a number. People were short, cold as if I was a bother, maybe because I did not buy the extended maintenance nor the insurance from them. It also does not help when the people speak another la... read more

Service dept excellent Mr Montalvo is a very dishonest person. I would never buy a car from this dealership because I would not want him to get credit for it. The service dept is beyond acceptable. I come there and deal with Lewis who is extreme;y helpful and knowledgeable.

new civic lease Travis Collin and John Tetreault were great. However, I'm trying to get the windows tinted and I cant believe it is so difficult to get a hold of the guy at Tintastic. If you can help with getting them to call me back I would greatly appreciate it. They were recommended by your sales team but despite leaving messages, I get no call backs.

Predatory Thief A female friend took a 2013 Civic in for routine maintenance. It was discovered that a rear shock was leaking. Isai wasted no time dramatizing and exaggerating the the perilous consequences of driving on a bad shock absorber. He then stressed the importance of replacing both rear shocks at the same time, and quoted an amount over $900.00. Nightmare on Elm Street A dealership where all the negative car dealer stereotypes are fulfilled. Any positive feedback on this dealership has to be employees impersonating customers. Only reason I went there was because it was a Costco car buying purchase and Costco sent me there. Extra add ons I want e courages to purchase an additional warranty costing $7.00 per month for my 36 month lease. Upon reviewing my owner's manual CD, I found that many of the items included are actually part of the free provided services.
