Not that it was an emergency or anything, but I had been having trouble with my air conditioning all summer. It got HATEFUL HOT outside and it just stopped working all together! So when I called, I really expected to have to wait for a few days and then be told I would have to get a new air conditioner. Not the case at all! I was so happy that you came out within an hour of my call and that it wasn't the major cost I expected! Thank you for getting me to the "Right" temperature!

These guys managed to come out to fix my A/C the same day. They were efficient, gave me some helpful advise, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Nice to know there are still people out there who care about the work they do.

My husband and I just moved to the Des Moines area and are not familiar with our surroundings as of yet. We found Des Moines Heating and Cooling on Google and must say that it was a great experience. The staff is professional and friendly. The gentleman that came out walked my husband through everything and answered our questions without a bunch of tech talk or upselling. Much appreciated!

My family is very happy with the work des moines heating and cooling does! We contacted them on a sunday, the owner's day off, and he showed up within 30 minutes, which we live nearly 30 minutes from des moines. He is fast, knowledgeable, hard working, honest, clean, and didnt try to upsale us. We will gladly use them again. Thank you for your hard work!

My husband and I just had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed. After years of bad service from other companies it was refreshing to trust the work that was being done by Des Moines Heating and Cooling. The work was fast and efficient, the customer service was outstanding (they even helped me carry my groceries in), and the work was done right! Thank you!

So my thermostat kept beeping. I thought it would be something as simple as the battery, so I went and purchased one to replace it. With a mild sense of pride, I put the thermostat back on the wall and walked away. I got half way down the hall and it beeped again. At first I thought I had just heard it for so long that I was imagining it. No. That was not the case. So this very nice guy, Chad, came out to look at it for me. I really appreciate the fact that you call to remind me that its time to take care of my annual cleaning. I know it needs done, but its not at the top of my priority list and as long as I turn it on and it works, I don't give it a second thought. The service is always top notch and I never feel pressured. But what I really appreciate is the call asking me if everything met my satisfaction. It gives me even further peace of mind because I know that you are genuinely vested in the service you are providing.
