Very knowledgeable and professional sales staff. Store showroom is well designed and allows the customer a wide variety of flooring samples. I have used DeSitters in the past and have yet to have any problem. Installation is quickly scheduled and professionally done. They have earned a 5 star rating!!

She gave us great advice on style, texture, and color, including the recommendation of a different coordinating carpet for our stair runner and landing. The new carpet looks and feels great!
