It was a great experience dealing with Paul Massey, the person who came to measure and the carpet installers who were on time and did a great job. Paul was very patient and explained everything and gave us advice. We did have pictures so it was easy. This was a rather small job, putting a runner on stairs and a matching area rug. We are very happy and will recommend to any friends and or family.

The staff and installers were responsible and professional. They answered to every question that I had and explained well about the installation process.

We are longtime customers of DeSitter and were again totally delighted with our experience buying carpeting for out bedrooms. The sales person was exceptionally helpful and even found us a lower priced remnant for our closets.
Tim o’brien (Our sales person) was very courteous and worked with us to find a quality carpet that fit our budget. The team that installed the carpet was courteous & efficient. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, carefully moved our large furniture and expertly laid the carpet. We are very pleased with our DeSitter experience.
Our salesman Paul Massey provided excellent service and professionally answered all our questions. Our wood floor installers were fantastic. They worked very hard and explained everything as they went along. They were organized and kept the area as clean as possible. Great Job!
We had a great experience working with DeSitter. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. We received excellent service all around and are very happy with the end result! We will definitely go back to them for any flooring needs in the future.
