Karen was very helpful helping us find what we needed for our bedroom. Quick response, even came out to double check the seams before ordering. The installers were neat, putting down runners on the floor and did a great job.
I had not bought a new rug for ages, but found myself needing a new area rug and needing it pretty fast. I went to 12 different stores and just couldn’t find a rug I thought would work in my room. I went to DeSitters and Paul Massey helped me find a few rugs that I thought might work. He was patient, knowledgeable and he let me take samples home without a charge. We are happy with DeSitters all around. Tricia helped me pick out a carpet we are happy with. The installers did a great job and were pleasant to work with.
Tim in Sales was great to work with - made us feel welcomed in the store, gave us some quick options and then didn't rush us into a decision. 18 months later when we finally made a decision and wanted it now, we had carpet installed two days later. Working with DeSitter was great! I needed to get some carpet installed in my parents basement. Karen was very helpful with picking out something that was in my price range and could be installed quickly. She loaned me some samples over a weekend and when I called with my choice she had all the paperwork ready when I got to the store. The ONLY reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was the installers broke a ceiling light fixture while moving a mattress. Everything else, including the installation, was perfect.
We've used them before and we'd use them again. Good selection, good service, price, and installation. Nice new store. I don't know if it's ethical to reward your customers for a review, but I took the bait because I'm actually pleased. It still smells funny.

Great in house service pre-order. 3 men arrived on time to install and the job was done quickly and spotlessly! They even helped fix a patch in our closet that wasn't part of the job. thank you!
We are pleased from start to finish. Everyone we spoke with were professional and competent from the sales people to Todd and his crew who installed the job of a hardwood floor in our living room. They cleaned up their work areas every day and showed up promptly at the times they said each day. Their craftsmanship is outstanding. Also, we thought their pricing was very competitive. We recommend them highly!
