We love our rug. Our salesperson helped us order carpeting that was bound on the edges to create a very large area rug that looks gorgeous! She coordinated delivery to our second home in Florida at a reasonable price. I was hesitant to order in Glen Ellyn for a Florida home but the selection and service was better than anything we found in Florida.

Imagine how overwhelming it is to replace 22-year old carpeting! So many options! Joanne was so helpful with showing us carpet options that best met our needs at an affordable price, and making the installation arrangements. The installation went smoothly as well. The installers let us know when they would arrive, and were highly skilled in getting the carpet installed quickly and efficiently. Based on our experience, I'd highly recommend DeSitter Flooring!

We first went to DeSitter at the recommendation of a friend who raved about them and it didn't take us long to see why. We explained our needs (something durable to hold up with my pet sitting guests while still being attractive). Tim was so easy to work with, funny, relaxed, informative, no pressure at all. We were so delighted with our experience that we went back a second time when another room was due for an upgrade. And I'm sure we will be back again (I'm looking at you, stair runner and office...)
