Absolutley fabulous. Sales person Paul Massey and installers were The Best!! Paul really helped me with my choice when I was so unsure. Installers took their time helping us through the process and we are fussy. Gorgeous!!!
Our salesman was very good. Delivery man was great. So far, things are just wonderful. Hey, we already did another project, how about a rebate. We did two projects just about two weeks apart since the first went so well.

Working with DeSitter was a pleasure. I had a somewhat difficult job. A stair runner with three turn, leading up to a hallway runner with many turns. The last carpet I had installed was very expensive and lasted only 4 years. I realize now that it was installed improperly and hastily, causing it to wear too quickly.
