The wood planks were delivered today. I am very impressed with the professionalism of all three men who were part of the delivery process. I am very grateful that they were able to wait in the driveway until I could get home to let them in. We had wood floors installed by DeSitter over 15 years ago and scheduled them again to do a restain and new install. Great comapny.

This was our second experience with DeSitter and once again we were not disappointed. Tim was extremely helpful, the estimate was very accurate which resulted in very little waste, and the installers were fantastic!
Everything went very smoothly. The estimate was completed shortly after the store visit. The installers came within three weeks as planned. The two installers did excellent work. The job was not easy, installing wall to wall on the third floor and the steps leading up to the floor. I was impressed. Also they were very neat with very little clean up necessary after the job was completed. This was the fourth time I have used DeSitter for my home.

Great experience. Install was done well and quickly. There was enough of a remnant to make a runner for my front stairs so very economical way to update that.

From the consultation to installation, La Grange DeSitter staff was knowledgeable, professional, on time and helpful. We feel like we just moved into a new home with merely new carpeting.
Paul did an excellent job explaining the pluses and minuses of certain carpets. He was patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The quality of installation was C-. The men did a fine job of seaming the carpets and pulling it tight but they left marks on the painted baseboard where the tool they used to pull the carpet rubbed against the baseboard.
