Sales person was very helpful in choosing a color and pattern that suited the room we were carpeting. Additionally, she was respectful of my budget. The installers were polite and cleaned up the area that was carpeted.

Karen was great! She came to my house, measured my stairs and said she would pull some samples for me to see later that day. She picked out exactly what I liked after just a few minutes in my home. The installers were right on time and did a great job. We love the warmth the runner adds to our stairs. Thank you!

Paul was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. He listened well. Robert and his partner were prompt, efficient, and careful moving our furniture. Both were courteous and answered our questions during installation.

The reps at DeSitter provided excellent service and consultation from the first meeting to pick out our carpet all the way through the installation. And the product was great - the carpet works very well in our home. Thanks to the DeSitter team for making this such an easy process and experience.

Good experience overall. There were some hiccups with planning installation, but those were resolved without too much issue and luckily the team was flexible in scheduling installation. DeSitter has a wide variety of carpet in stock, make sure to look at as many options as possible and take a number of samples to consider.
