Had a very pleasant experience with our carpeting needs. The salesman was very helpful understanding our needs and walking us through our options. Installers were courteous and did an excellent job

Terry in the Lagrange showroom was very helpful in making our selection and providing samples. She kept in touch during the whole process. The installers were good; we thought they did an excellent job. Unfortunately, Mother Nature flooded our lower level just 48 hrs after installation. I guess we get to see the installers a second time.

Paul Massey was excellent in meeting all my needs. He responded very quickly, provided a great selection of carpet and had it installed that same week. I have been using DeSitter for years and at this point will continue to do so.

When the time came for new stairway and hall carpeting, I chose DeSitter; they are local, have given good service in the past and have staff that are helpful. This time my experience was no different - Terry was patient and helpful, installation was set up within my somewhat short time frame and the installers did a great job quickly and efficiently. Tim and the installation crew did a wonderful job installing over 2300 square feet of carpeting in one day! They were amazing, helpful, and extremely efficient! I can't say enough for what they did for me. My home looks amazing! I heartily recommend them! They have product for every budget and are respectful of the big picture!
