Jessica is wonderful. She has great ideas and really knows all of the products. She is a pleasure to work with and always responded quickly for all of our questions. The installers were very professional, clean, and pleasant to work with.

Very nice and professional employees! Terry was very helpful in getting the quality carpet we wanted in our price range. Carpet came in days later and just a couple after that it was installed. Fast and great service.
I have to say that DeSitter did an outstanding job. We had carpet installed on our stairs and were unhappy with the color that we choose. No fault of DeSitters. They were so helpful in working with us to get us a new carpet chosen and not charge us full price, so that we weren't paying for it twice. They had the mill send us a cut from the actual carpet we would now be installing and it turned out great. Selecting a new carpet can be a little overwhelming -- choosing the color that you'll like for the lifetime of the carpet, choosing a durable material/pattern/weave, etc. DeSitter helped us through this process by providing samples, making recommendations, and by keeping us informed the entire time. Phenomenal from the very beginning where the owner himself visited my home to review scope of work, to the designers in house whom were every helpful in product and pattern selection, to the installers who were absolute craftsmen, polite and respectful.
I love the floors, great floors. Especially the wood
