The installers were professional, polite and efficient. The carpeting was expertly installed. We love our new carpet and hope to do our family room later this year. My only concern was the payment. There was some confusion on the handling of the 2nd payment installment. My salesman told me you would run my credit card, yet I felt like the installer wanted payment. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and really spent the time with me to find the right carpet. They ordered extra samples for me, got them to me quickly, and didn't try to sales pitch me into making a quick decision. Delivery was very timely and the carpet looks great. I would definitely recommend.

We were interested in new carpeting for our stairways. We worked with Karen who gave us great advice and gave us a few options that fit within our price range. She visited our home promptly to take measurements. The carpet installers were professional and skilled. We are very pleased with our entire experience with DeSitter.
Once we had chosen the carpet we wanted, it took a little longer than expected to get a finalized quote. That being said, we are very happy with the result. The installation was great, pricing was fair, and the people were great to deal with.
This is the second time we've worked with DeSitter. Our first time, our review was glowing, and it was deserved. Our completely positive experience is why we decided to work with DeSitter again. DeSitter came highly recommended. Our experience was completely the opposite of the great service we expected. Complete lack of communication through the entire process. The estimated 2 weeks from order to install turned into 4 weeks and that was only because I followed up numerous times to get on their install schedule. The sales person measured incorrectly which lead to another 2 weeks of waiting with an unfinished floor and continued lack of communication.
