I was very satisfied with my recent purchase from DeSitter Flooring. The salesperson, Tim O'Brien was helpful in my selection and the installation also went well. The installers were courteous and on time and I was very satisfied with the results.
Happy with the product and installation. Not so happy with the online and email way of doing things. Gave up trying to apply for the rebate

First, I would like to say I was very pleased with the service and help in the store. I brought in my measurements for them to figure out how much tile I needed and bought what I thought was the appropriate amount according to their calculations with a little to spare "just in case". My tile was on back order and while I was waiting for it they offered to have an estimator come to my house to verify the correct amounts since we could alter the quantity due to the back order. The carpet installers were great. Everything else fell apart. You false advertised a sale, your salesman stood me up on an appointment, he couldn't get the product I ordered after many communications. I had been a DeSitter customer for years. Too bad I won't be back.

Felt there was a lack of communication. I did most of the follow up. Would have liked quicker follow up after measure. I had to make visit to store to move purchase forward after measurements were taken everyone was very polite and helpful on store visits. Wrong samples came in and I also had to visit the store to find out the status of the samples. This process started end of June or early July. And is still not complete

1. Issue with sales representative 2. Communication issue with install crew Only one person spoke English and that person was non communicative, with the exception on telling me they would not install the vent open/close apparatus that they removed to stain the vents. 3. The material ordering issues A. We were shipped Four Vent covers not Three and no Electrical Outlet cover B. We have Five boxes of flooring as overage Two are unopened.

I went to DeSitter for my tile job because of the excellent experience I had purchasing carpeting with them. However, the tile experience was completely different, from a salesperson who didn't answer or respond to calls, problems with the materials drop off, and finally problems with the transitions which required multiple visits to get resolved.
