Sharon was so helpful in showing us the right carpet for our situation. The color turned out to be perfect. The Installers were timely and did a beautiful job. The furniture was put back in place and everything was cleaned up and vacuumed. Nice Job guys!

I submitted a "Contact Us" email on a Sunday, had a new floor installed by Wednesday morning. DeSitter "gets it" and I suggest anyone looking at flooring to start their search with DeSitter. Paul Massey was efficient and it actually felt like he wanted to earn my business. At the end of the day: DeSitter beat the big box retailers on cost, with better quality, and faster by four weeks.

We are very satisfied with our new flooring. The installers were efficient and did a great job. Our disappointment is the follow up customer service. When ordering our flooring we specifically asked our salesperson to order above the recommended 10% overage for any unexpected issues that may arise during installation so we would have leftover for any future need to replace damaged planks. After going to another carpet store, and having yet another come out to the house,we decided to stop into DeSitter Flooring. So glad we did. We received excellent in store service, with better pricing than the other 2. One of the things that sold me on DeSitter is their lifetime guarantee for installation. It's not often one buys carpeting, and I want it to last. (The carpet being replaced was a sculptured shag from the 1980's that showed no wear not even the padding). I waited 6 months to do this review because I wanted to be sure the LVT installed in our below ground and humid family room wouldn't buckle. I shouldn't have worried. The floor was installed perfectly, no problem in the humid summer or now the frigid winter. DeSitter's installation crew is topnotch!

I've got what feels like small rocks and uneven areas under my new carpet. My expectation was a much higher.

The sales staff Allen is great . The installers are the worst. The people who installed our laminate floor did not communicate with me at all. The person who was apparently the leader (Chris) did not say more than two sentences to me. He did not introduce himself when he arrived and I had to ask him his name and if he was from DeSitter, he gave the appearance he did not want to be there. They set up their saws on my deck without asking, when they left there was sawdust all over my deck and my seven Bonsai plants were covere... read more

I previously wrote an email to the customer service manager and the sales manager, but in summary: 1. Carpet was made incorrectly 2. We had a pad only for 6 weeks (old carpet torn out before they realized new carpet was wrong size). This caused several cuts, torn and snagged clothes and excessive dirt in the house 3. We were promised a new pad when the correct carpet arrived, but the installers showed up without it. 4. No one has called to follow up on our experience.
