Joanne at the Glen Ellyn location was very friendly and helpful. Once she understood what we were looking to do she showed us the various carpet options available. And gave us sample squares to bring home to find which color worked best in our family room. From start to finish Desitter is No. 1. Flooring specialist Hana Steinke was pleasant to deal with and a great resource. She helped us narrow our choices and was a great communicator. Installation was a breeze. Juan and his team worked diligently to remove old carpeting, install new carpeting and clean up afterward. The one time (out of about 6 times0 we didn't use DeSitter, it was a bad experience. Carpet inferior, prices not competetive. Now I don't even get any other quotes. Just call DeSitter. They are the best with a good price.

Our experience with Terry was great from start to finish. She was reliable, and helpful in measuring a custom rug for us. She went through many different options with us, and answered every question we had. She even came out to help us determine what size we should buy. She made the process easy, painless, and fun :)
